Jenzabar invites you to join us for JAM 2016, being held Wednesday, June 1 to Saturday, June 4 at the Gaylord Texan Resort and Convention Center in Grapevine, TX. JAM 2016 will officially begin on Wednesday afternoon, June 1 with registration, opening remarks and keynote address, sessions and a Welcome Reception. Conference sessions will resume on Thursday, June 2 and continue through noon on Saturday, June 4. The Pre-conference program will be held on Tuesday, May 30 and Wednesday, May 31. The annual Executive Summit will be held on Wednesday morning.

Make a Payment or Modify Registration
You may cancel and receive a full refund in the form of the original payment if we are notified of your cancellation in writing to JAM@jenzabar.com by April 30, 2016. After that date, you may send a substitute in lieu of a refund.
If you register but fail to notify JAM of your cancellation or substitution by April 30, 2016, you will be responsible for the full registration amount. If you cancel as part of a discounted group, and the group falls below the discount level, the rate for all attendees within that group will be recalculated and the group will be billed for any balance due.
There will be no refunds due to weather or other travel delays.
For security reasons, badge swapping is not permitted. Anyone found wearing a badge that does not match his/her identification will be removed from the conference without a refund. In addition, the badge/name will be cancelled without a refund.
The JAM cancellation policy applies to all JAM programs including, but not limited to, Pre-Conference Program, Executive Summit and guest tickets. Review the complete JAM Registration Terms and Conditions policy.
Registration fees may be made online or via check by the published deadline dates.
