JAM 2019 Registration

Save time and money!
Group discounts are available to schools that send five or more attendees to JAM 2019. In addition to the convenience of entering multiple registrations in one consecutive process, a discount will be applied to each paid JAM registration. Complimentary registrations (i.e. JPP, Speaker) will count towards the group size, but the discounts will only be applied to paid registrations. Discounts are only applied to the JAM Registration Fee; Pre-Conference sessions, Executive Summit and Guest Tickets are not eligible for discounts. Registration and payment must be received by published deadline date, otherwise the next registration rate will apply.

Email Confirmation and Hotel Reservation Procedure
When you have successfully registered, you will receive a confirmation along with instructions that will allow you to return and modify your registration as needed. Registrants will also receive instruction link and access code to make San Diego Manchester Grand Hyatt hotel reservations at the JAM discounted rate.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel and receive a full refund in the form of the original payment if we are notified of your cancellation in writing to JAM@jenzabar.com by April 26, 2019.
After that date, you may send a substitute, but no refunds will be issued. If you fail to notify JAM of your cancellation or substitution by April 26, 2019, you will be responsible for the full registration amount and no refunds will be issued. If you cancel as part of a discounted group, and the group falls below the discount level, the rate for all attendees within that group will be recalculated to reflect the non-discounted rate and your refund will reflect the change to the rates or the group will be billed for any balance due.

No refunds will be available for registration changes or cancellations after April 26, 2019. There will be no refunds due to weather or travel delays. If you do not attend JAM, you are ineligible to receive any JAM give away gifts, prizes, or other conference related materials. The JAM cancellation policy applies to all JAM programs including, but not limited to, Pre-Conference Program, Executive Summit and guest tickets. For security reasons, badge swapping is not permitted. Anyone found wearing a badge that does not match his/her identification will be removed from the conference without a refund. In addition, the badge/name will be cancelled without a refund.
