Session Proposal Submission

Welcome to the JAM Call for Sessions submission process. To submit a session proposal for consideration for JAM 2020, please complete all fields so that we may properly review your submission.

Please be sure to have the following information on hand to complete the online submission form:

  • Presenter Contact Details
  • Product(s) Area
  • Software Version
  • Track(s)
  • Session Title
  • Session Description
  • Preferred Session Length
  • Session Type
  • Audience Expertise Level
  • Co-presenter Details, if applicable (Name, School and email address required)

To help navigate the submission process, a sample submission form is available.

After completing the submission process, you will receive a password that will allow you to make modifications to your proposal in the Proposal Service Center until December 13, 2019.

A customer Track Coordinator will contact you in February to provide the status on your session proposal.

IMPORTANT: This process does NOT register you to attend JAM. You must register for the conference separately when registration opens in December. JAM will approve all complimentary presenter registrations once the schedule has been confirmed.
