Will JAM Online 2021 be similar to JAM Online 2020?
No, JAM Online 2021 will be a full, engaging conference experience as close to an in-person event as possible with three times the educational content than was offered in 2020 as well as collaborative exchanges, live Q&A, and a variety of ways to connect with other attendees, Jenzabar staff and exhibiting partners.

What does it cost to attend?
JAM Online 2021 registration fees are per person and based on when registration and payment is completed. The registration rate of $99 is available thru April 30, 2021. Beginning May 1, the rate will we be $119.

How do I know if I’ve completed my registration?
After you have completed a successful JAM registration, you will receive an e-mail confirmation including your password and receipt. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email an inquiry to JAM@jenzabar.com.

May I register multiple attendees from my school?
You may enter multiple registrations in one convenient process. After entering the first registration, select the Add Additional Attendee button. Repeat this process for all additional registrations. When the last registration has been entered, select the check-out button and proceed to complete the registration process. You will need to know the Name, Title, Phone and Email for each attendee.

Do presenters get a discount for JAM Online 2021?
All attendees, including presenters, must register for JAM. Accepted submissions grant one complimentary JAM registration for a solo presenter; co-presenters may share a complimentary registration (limit 2 co-presenters, each receives a 50% discount on registration), providing all deadlines and conditions set by Jenzabar are met. Complimentary registrations are non-transferrable and are limited to one per presenter. If a presenter does not meet deadlines or fails to deliver the accepted session, the attendee’s registration fee will be adjusted to the full registration rate and payable upon receipt of our invoice.

How do I register if I do not know the status of my session proposal?
If you have not been notified of the status of your session proposal yet, you may choose one of these options to register:
· Select either solo presenter (complimentary registration) or co-presenter (discounted registration). If a proposal is not accepted, then your record will be converted to the rate at the time of registration and a request for payment will be issued.
· Register and pay the published rate. If your proposal is accepted, you may request a refund for the fee paid. Refund requests must be made prior to the end of JAM Online 2021.

What is the cancellation policy?
You may cancel and receive a full refund in the form of the original payment if we are notified of your cancellation in writing to JAM@jenzabar.com by April 30, 2021. After that date, you may send a substitute, but no refunds will be issued. Any changes that would result in a refund must be made by April 30, 2021. No refunds of any kind will be issued after April 30, 2021 and any unused complimentary registrations will be forfeited.

How do I make a change or substitution?
To make changes or corrections, please contact JAM@jenzabar.com. A full conference substitution may be made at any time for a registrant from the same institution by contacting JAM@jenzabar.com.


How do I pay for an event ticket separately from the JAM registration fee?
If using two different credit cards to pay for registration and an event ticket, the registration fee must first be entered and paid before selecting an event ticket.
An event ticket can be added to an existing registration by returning to the JAM website and selecting the Attendee Service Center. Use email and password from confirmation to add the desired event ticket and proceed with payment.
The secure JAM website accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa credit cards.

How do I know what sessions to attend?
The JAM Online 2021 schedule will be available in April. To maximize your event experience, we recommend that you review the schedule prior to JAM Online.

What is the Attendee Directory and how can I opt out of it?
Jenzabar will publish an attendee directory on the JAM Online 2021 event platform to facilitate networking among all JAM participants. This list will include attendees’ name, title, organization and state. It will not contain telephone numbers or email addresses. If you wish to be excluded from this directory, please select Attendee Directory Opt Out during registration. Please note that this would exclude you from the directory used by fellow attendees for networking.
