JAM 2022 Health and Safety Policy

We are looking forward to bringing the Jenzabar community together at JAM and are committed to making the health and safety of all attendees our top priority.

To promote health and well-being, JAM will require all attendees to provide proof of either full COVID-19 vaccination (2 weeks post second shot, 2 weeks post Johnson & Johnson shot, or international equivalent) OR a negative test result taken within 48 hours of badge pick-up (rapid, self-administered test is acceptable*). Registered attendees will receive instructions on how to upload verification; all verifications will be deleted at the conclusion of JAM 2022.

A daily self-screening checklist will need to be completed on MyMobileJAM each day of the conference. At this time, in accordance with local regulations, masks will not be required to be worn during JAM, but individuals may choose to wear them at their discretion. The Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center has enhanced cleaning and sanitary practices which may be viewed here. Hand sanitizer will be available throughout the conference space. Capacity limits and spacing will be monitored and administered where applicable.

By registering for and attending JAM, you agree that you have reviewed and, during the event will comply with, all applicable COVID-19-related federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and guidance, and any other protocols that may be implemented by JAM or the Gaylord Opryland. You acknowledge that the risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any event or public space, that Jenzabar cannot guarantee that attendees will not be exposed to or contract COVID-19 while attending JAM, and that you are aware of the risks involved with attending this event during the COVID-19 pandemic and acknowledge you are choosing to do so on your own accord. Furthermore, you agree to waive and release Jenzabar, Inc. and the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center from liability for any claim related to COVID-19.

You understand that Jenzabar will continue to monitor conditions related to COVID-19 between now and JAM, and that Jenzabar reserves the right to modify its COVID-19 related procedures and health screening protocols at any time. Registrants will be informed of any such changes if necessary. As a condition of attendance and participation, you agree to follow the protocols as required by Jenzabar and/or the Gaylord Opryland.

Do not attend JAM if you:

1. Have had a known close-contact exposure to someone with Covid within the past 5 days; or
2. Are experiencing Covid-related symptoms such as, but not limited to, fever, chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, unusual fatigue, sore throat or headache, loss or change in smell or taste; or
3. Tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 5 days; or
4. Are under any quarantine orders.

If at any point during the conference you meet one or more of the above, please contact JAM event management and you will be required to isolate and follow the on-site health and safety protocols as established by Jenzabar and the Gaylord Opryland Hotel.
