JAM Health & Safety Policy
Save time and money!
JAM offers savings and convenience when registration and payment are entered in one consecutive process! Group registration rates are available based on size of group from the same institution. A discount will be applied to each full (early or regular) JAM registration. Complimentary or discounted registrations (i.e. JPP, Speaker) will count towards the group size, but the discounts will only be applied to paid registrations. Discounts are only applied to the full JAM Registration Fee; Pre-Conference sessions, Executive Summit and Guest Tickets are not eligible for discounts. Registration and payment must be received by published deadline date, otherwise the next registration rate will apply.
Email Confirmation and Hotel Reservation Procedure
When you have successfully registered, you will receive a confirmation along with instructions that will allow you to return and modify your registration as needed. Registrants will also receive instruction link and access code to make Gaylord Opryland Resort hotel reservations at the JAM discounted rate.
Cancellation Policy - Terms & Conditions
You may cancel and receive a full refund in the form of the original payment if we are notified of your cancellation in writing to JAM@jenzabar.com by April 30, 2022. After that date, you may send a substitute, but no refunds will be issued.
Any changes that would result in a refund must be made by April 30, 2022. No refunds of any kind will be issued after April 30, 2022, and any unused complimentary registrations will be forfeited.
If you fail to notify JAM of your cancellation or substitution by April 30, 2022, you will be responsible for the full registration amount and no refunds will be issued.
If you cancel as part of a discounted group, and the group falls below the discount level, the rate for all attendees within that group will be recalculated to reflect the non-discounted rate. Your refund will reflect the change to the rates, or the group will be billed for any balance due.
No refunds will be available for registration changes or cancellations after April 30, 2022. There will be no refunds due to weather or other travel delays.
If you do not attend JAM, you are ineligible to receive JAM giveaway gifts, prizes, or other conference-related materials.
The JAM cancellation policy applies to all JAM programs including, but not limited to, Pre-Conference Program, Executive Summit, and guest tickets.
Should Jenzabar cancel JAM, all registration fees paid will be refunded 100%, regardless of date. No credit will be given for complimentary registrations.
If you are feeling sick before the start of the conference, after the cancellation deadline:
For your safety and the safety of others, please contact JAM@jenzabar.com to cancel your conference registration. Your options include:
- Transfer your registration to a colleague at your institution.
- Cancel your registration completely. No refunds will be available after April 30, 2022; however, you may receive a credit for the amount paid that can be applied towards your registration for JAM 2023. This credit is available for the individual canceling due to COVID-19; it is not transferrable to another individual. Any complimentary registrations (i.e., JPP, Speaker) will be forfeited.
Name Badge Security
Each attendee is issued a name badge during onsite registration check-in. The badge must be worn at all times during the conference for access to JAM sessions, meals, and events. If a badge is lost or damaged, a $25 replacement fee will be charged.
For security reasons, badge swapping is not permitted. Anyone found wearing a badge that does not match his/her identification will be removed from the conference without a refund. In addition, the badge/name will be cancelled without a refund.
