Community Engagement and Connection
Join a Regional User Group (RUG) meeting to connect virtually with your peers through webinar sessions and discussion forums. Building and continuing regional relationships are as important as ever and Jenzabar is providing that opportunity with RUG Online 2020.

Network with local peers, share product knowledge, and learn from each other. RUG Online meetings provide a forum for you to hear how others in your neighborhood are leveraging Jenzabar in innovative ways on their campuses. There is no registration fee to participate in a RUG Online meeting.

FAQs for RUG Online 2020 
Is there a fee to attend an online RUG?
No, RUG Oniline 2020 is free. Our goal is to share Jenzabar updates and topic specific webinars and facilitate regional community networking.

Can I attend any regional RUG or do I have to attend the RUG specific to my region?
There are no restrictions for which RUG meeting you may join. The intend for region specific RUGs is to promote a local community style networking opportunity. You may participate in multiple RUG meetings.

What is the format for RUGs Online 2020?
RUG Online will offer webinar presentations, some with Q&A, and discussion forums.

How do I access RUG Online 2020 sessions and discussions?
After registration has been received, a confirmation will be emailed with further instructions and links.

How long is RUG Online 2020 available?
Each meeting is one day. Once each meeting concludes, any recorded sessions will be posted on MyJ.
